It's very comfortable and the tie can be worn in different positions depending on your preference or the occasion. I like to wear it tied high up in a bow for nicer occasions and loose for workdays or lunch dates. It has an elasticized waist and cuffs. It is a size X, which the brand Ava & Viv no longer carries. It fits one size smaller than a 1X, similar to a regular XXL. This dress has only been worn a few times and is in good condition. Just needs a steam or light iron.
