The women’s Nike Metcon 6 ‘Cheetah Print’ updates the performance training shoe with a wildlife print on the lightweight mesh upper, offering 18 percent more breathability than the shoe’s predecessor. The sneaker rides on a foam midsole outfitted with the signature Metcon heel, its low, wide and flat shape creating a stable base for weighted workouts. Underfoot, the grippy gum rubber outsole extends up the sides to provide extra traction during rope climbs.
