Never been worn mermaid costume. The first time I opened this costume was to take a picture of the top. The mermaid skirt is spandex-stretchy material and I didn’t take it out of the packaging because I wanted to leave it protected while wrapped in tissue paper. Beautiful blue/teal color. Women’s size small.
