The main fabric is 95% Polyester and 5% Spandex, with a polyester/spandex blend for the waistband and polyester lining/tulle. It is adorned with various attached decorations, including a large red sequin bow, smaller purple and teal bows, and gold spherical ornaments. The skirt is made in China.
