This poncho is in excellent used condition no stains holes or rips. The only slight flaw is some snags/ pulls in the fabric from hanging in my closet. This poncho has no tags but I do believe the fabric material is cotton and possibly polyester blend. The size is a one size or free size. The approximate measurements laying flat are. Total length to very bottom fringe 39” width 30”. This poncho has a high neck in especially in the back it comes slightly over your head like a hood.
