Women's Levi’s size 22W jeans Plus Size 721 High-Rise Skinny Jeans irregular

My mom bought these at Marshalls, washed them and wore them for like an hour and then washed them again, so they are basically new She usually wears an 18-22 and she liked the way they fit her tummy, but then she decided that they were too big in the legs for her. She has a tummy but very skinny legs if that helps anyone at all :) Please note, these are irregular.
