ergochloes @corneliarpcv Hello, "NWOT" means new without tags. I removed the tags assuming I'd wear them yet I never did. The waist is 15" measured flat but the waist stretches to more than that. The hips are about 18" measured flat, the measurements are shown. They are too big for me, I'm a size 4/6. Please compare measurements to something you own, that may help. I hope this helped.
