Women's Kan Can Boot cut jeans size 27×29 inches Bra

Brand New with Tags, Women's Kan Can Boot cut jeans, waist size 27 inches and length is 29 inches. That's including the fringe at the bottom of the hem. The Tag says 30 inch inseam. But when I measured them, it came out to be 29 inches.
