Women's Kaktus y2k 90s turtle calypso sleeveless dress beach coverup small large

Kaktus 90s brand sundress, marked size small but fits more like a large or a very loose medium. Cool green and blue print with foliage and sea turtles. Flowy skirt and elastic bust that would fit many different sizes. The thicker band of elastic inside at the waist has come a little loose and is not as stretchy, but still very wearable. See pic. For it's age it's a great vintage piece.
