Women's Handmade Petticoat,‎ Black XXL or Xl

Handmade black petticoat with asymmetrical ruffle hem. The skirt appears to be made of a lightweight, possibly rayon, fabric with a slightly textured surface. Measurements: Waist approximately 36 inches, longest length approximately 36 inches. I would say this skirt is a size XXL or XL. Please see the measurements in the pictures. The skirt has an elastic waistband. Condition shows some minor wrinkling consistent with prior use, but no significant stains or tears are visible.
