Women's HIGH LOW dress from Shein

Pretty in Pink dress from Shein. Dress is a size Medium, NWOT and recently purchased from Shein. It features a one tie waist and high low bottom that has a ruffle hem. I love this dress but it's out of my comfort zone so I would rather someone else enjoy it instead of it hanging in my closet.
