This 2 layered skirt features small gold sequins allover the top later to have you shimmer through the night or day or dance practice. Bottom layer is smooth black fabric to avoid see-through and the sequins catching your legs. Has elastic waist band and is very comfortable. It measures 12.5" unstretched and 18" fully stretched.
