Women's Free People dress/tunic black plaid sequins new w/o tags#1274.  Gorgeous black with white, gold, and covered with sequins.  This can be a dress, or a tunic.  It is very sheer, so something needs to be worn underneath.  It has a collar and the neck is a deep v.  The pit to pit is   25.5 inches.  Extremely oversized.
