Women’s Express Black cut out long sleeve dress

Brand: Express Size: XS/ Small Color: Black Long sleeved dress with a small cut out on the chest, dress fabric is thin, soft fabric, the size tag is missing, but all other Express clothes in my closet are XS/ Small. I’m thinking it’s small.
