Roommates brand Emerald Green Hi-Low pleated satin skirt. Has a sash tie at the waist for a bow back design. Zipper closure and the skirt is lined and has a tulle petticoat underneath for volume. Great skirt for formal occasions and holidays. The skirt has a small insignificant spot underneath the bottom hem that I have marked. I have not had it dry cleaned.
