Are the soles dry rotted? I know that sounds awful to ask but just purchased "like new" condition only for the soles to come right off (from another seller). I see spot but any other damage?

@wenchb, it's quite alright. The soles are rubber and other than the one small spot I mentioned, they're in great shape.
