Women's Dress from Croatia

Brand new handmade in Rovinj Croatia! saw this at a beautiful little shop and new my girls needed it! has an elastic waist no size tag (they advertised them as one size fits all) I'm a traditional US size Large and it fits me perfectly. for reference I'm 5'7" with a 36C chest she was discounting her clothing as its the end of the summer tourist season and was trying to get rid of what she has left.
