Womens Dress Size S Gold Draped Cowl Neck

It is in really great condition please see all photos. Has some hanging strings on straps, but cash be dimpled clipped. I'm not sure of the material, but it is really stretchy, lightweight, and kind of like that slinky bouncy material. I'm not sure what it's called.
