Women’s Dr. Martens snakeskin combat boots size 5

Women’s Dr. Martens snakeskin combat boots Size: 5 (List on inside as 3 - which I believe is the UK sizing - US size would be 5) I am able to fit these as a size 6 but they are tight. These are the old school Docs. I bought these in the early 00s. There is one small issue on the back - very small rip (see last photo) From a smoke free home. Thank you for looking!
