In good condition, the dress doesn't have any flaws but the belt does have some wear. It would be easy to find a different belt that would fit the loops though. This was one of my favorite dresses to wear, very easy to match to knee high boots. Measurements: Chest: 14" Waist: 12" Sleeve: 15" Length: 31"
