Women's Costume for Evil Queen + Crown with Blinking Lights

Probably vintage but not very vintage == 90s at the oldest. Worn twice over two years. This could also pass as a Cruella de Ville costume. It is soft velour with wonderful sleeves, V neck, deep slit, (like you can't see that in the photos)! There are no flaws. This comes with a crown that I purchased in a Walmart birthday party section and painted gold and added rhinestones. I took a video of the lights on top of each point, which are multicolor and blink three different ways but I could not get the video up here. If you inquire I may be able to send it to you.
