What are the signs of wear and tear, other than the tag being ripped? will it fit a womens size 10-12?

@misslerch just the velcro is a bit worn out, still sticks. It had a stain but I took it out when I washed it again. I’ve worn this jacket and I’m 5”10 it’s a bit short on sleeves, it will fit you though
