This is a pre-owned Charter Club women's black blouse, size Petite Large (PL). It features a V-neck with a draped, faux-wrap front secured by a gold-tone rectangular buckle on the left side. The blouse has 3/4 length sleeves and a high-low hem. The fabric content is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. A small, visible thread is present on the inside of the V-neckline, I think someone wanted it less revealing . You can take it out or leave itThe care tag indicates machine wash cold.
