Women's Casual Blouse

This causal blouse, would look great with jeans or slacks. It's made of 86% Polyester, 10% Rayon, & 4% Spandex. It is machine washable in cold water. The top layer is like an attached cape made from thin see through material. One picture shows the top layer folded up to show the underneath layer. The butterfly design on front has pink & silver rhinestone like studs, see picture.
