Womens Brown FRYE Veronica Short Leather Boots 9.5

I purchased these Frye's awhile back with the belief that they were my size, but they weren't. I can't find the size inside them but the inner sole measures 10" putting them at a womens size 9.5. They're in great pre-owned condition. Questions are always welcome. Thanks for looking!
