Bust fits up to 38" max, however I bought this for myself and it's too snug on my 38" bust. It zips, but it's tight. I'd say it fits more like a medium. Also please note two small scratches on lower tan hem. A circle indent in leather from a previous security tag on sleeve, that may eventually soften out with wear. Very small hole inner liner.
