Women’s Ankle “Dunes” Boots

These were purchased from Poshmark but NEVER WORN. They are faux leather. They look great. But didn’t fit me correctly. They are marked 8.5 but fit me much looser. Tried to exchange but was told not allowed. They are really cute but just don’t fit. Thanks for looking
