What are the condition of these shoes? Are they new or used? Are there any defects to point out? Awe there scuffs, scratches, stains - why are you selling?

@pm1114lauren they’re like new. There’s one small scuff at the toe of the right shoe. I added an additional photo to better show this. I wore them maybe 2 times? I’m selling because I’m in between sizes on Sambas. The size up was too big and these were just too small.
