under Armour collaboration with boa, vibram and Michelin and Gortex. these are amazing. I have another pair that are the exact same and I've worn them for 5 years in the mountains and snow as a snowboard bum and they are such good quality, so comfortable and easy to put on with cold hands, and waterproof. I was able to be up to my knees with snow and no snow get inside my ankles/socks because there's a small ankle liner.
