babycat2014 What does "Small Tall" mean on the size? From the waist size of 13" I assume Small Tall means a tall very thin lady. Am I correct?

babycat2014 @theblackbarn Drat! I love these leggings but there is no way I could stuff my 146 lb. self in them. Size 6 doesn't even need "control" leggings. LOL.

babycat2014 @theblackbarn I'm 5'8" and weigh 146. The whole problem is my tummy. I do have capris in Size 8 but of course they're "stretch". I have 2 pair of leggings in Black and now would like a pair in navy blue.
