Woman's sleeveless top red Plus size

There was a woman in our town, a professional seamstress, that made clothes outfits to be worn by local rodeo queens and other pageantry events. I have many of her items that have never been worn by anyone. They are either 100% cotton or a cotton blend with either cap sleeves or sleeveless. Can't say exact size, measurements are 50 inch bust and 25 inches from shoulder to hem. Measurements taken with shirt laid flat on floor. Lightweight item.
