Woman’s cobalt blue top, gold trim neckline with cut out, size large

In very good condition woman’s cobalt blue long sleeve top. Neckline is trimmed in gold, cutout in the front and back of neck, sleeves are elastic at the cuffs. Hem is elastic in the front and straight in the back. Sizing tag is missing but I believe this to be a size large. But please use measurements blow to make your final decision.
