Woman’s beautiful Tommy Hilfiger floral off the shoulder elastic waist blouse. This blouse is in excellent condition no stains holes or rips. The material is 100% polyester. The size is Medium the approximate measurements laying flat are. Total length from top of shoulder to bottom hem 22” pit to pit 22” sleeve 11”. This top has beautiful colors. The main color is light blue and white stripes with pink, red flowers and bright green leaves. This blouse has a full elastic collar so it can be worn many different ways I have added pictures about of the different ways to have the sleeves. The collar also has a self tie with silver pieces at the ends of the strings. The waist is also elastic to give a cropped and cinched in waist line. This blouse is so fun and flirty. Super cute paired with white jeans or shorts and white or blue sandals.
