Womans Basin+Range Straight Leg Jean Waist 31

In excellent used condition, Basin+Range womans straight leg, baggy denim with raw cuff. These jeans have a high waist and are great quality. Size reads 31W but I tried them on and I'm normally a 31 (12) and these feel way bigger. If you like super baggy and don't mind wearing a belt these are great but I think the measurements show the true size is waist 34-36 (14-16). Please feel free to any questions!!
