Shoulder straps are not adjustable. Very stretchy. Appx measurements lying flat : pit to pit 14.5”/ a little over 11”across middle./ 14” across tutu line/shoulder straps 7”/. 18” from bottom of back to bottom of crotch/11” from bottom of pit to tutu line D1
