Wmns ICE International Concepts Top Shirt Blouse Blue Striped Embroidered Sz M. I LOOOVE this top! 100% cotton, so light weight and breezy! Gorgeous blue on blue Fleur Dis Lis embroidery. It’s a skinny stripe in blue and white, kind of like ‘ticking’. Flirty and flouncy sleeves and ruffled hem. So feminine! Excellent condition, but I don’t know if its my eyes and the stripes or if there is a small spot on the shirt. I honestly can’t tell, but I snapped a pic of the area just under large feather on the left. All in all a pretty piece.
