Wizard of Oz Dorothy Size Medium Halloween dress

Rubie’s Wizard of Oz Dorothy size medium little girls Halloween costume. Shiny sequences on the blue plaid, front and back of the dress. Velcro closing in the back a belt to go around the waist. Lace underneath. Has a pin size hole on the back and had been sewn on the sleeve , see last photos. Won’t affect the cuteness of this costume.
