@carlyjeandowney I’m honestly not sure. My daughter when she wore it was 2.5 years old and it was slightly big on her. If it helps, I did provide a sizing chart on the listing.

Also, my daughter is also 4 and around 35 lbs. i don’t think it would fit her anymore. Hope that helps.
