These boots are a black suede (unsure if it is vegan or real suede) and have a 3 inch heel. The boots go above the knee (thigh high) and are form fitting to the leg. They are very sexy. There isn't a size tag inside the shoes, but the original price tag on the bottom of one of shoes says they are 8.5 US. these shoes are in excellent condition. They have very little wear.
