Witchy Moschino Cheap & Chic Wool Dress

This dress has a loose-knit pattern, kind of sheer at the bodice (I just wear with a bra anyway!) and lined at the skirt. The Waistline dips slightly in the back. The skirt has these fringe-loops that are tiered, hard to explain, hopefully you can see in the video. The sleeves are elbow length with the same loopy fringe extending from them. Knee length. Such a cute dress and also looks great belted. Tag says size 8 but I'm a 0 and it looks cute oversized as well.
