The charms, which includes one that is a medallion, has a peace sign cut out with the word "Freedom" stamped in it. There is a charm with a Native American Chief stamped on it, a Filigree charm and then a bead that looks like turquoise. The necklace is extra long at 31 inches with a 3 inch extension chain. The slice of Geode measures 3 inches long and 1.5 inches at its widest point.
