Wish Brand Black and white polka dot Swing dress L

Very cute, above the knee swing style dress. Can be worn belted (will make it a bit shorter). Some of the large sequins on the collar are missing (but not too noticeable). It is size L, but fits smaller sizes (I'm a small and it is not large on me). Because of the style, there is a lot of play.
