Winter snow jacket.

I thrifted this and absolutely love it but I live in Texas and never get to wear it so I want it to go to a good home. It’s heavy duty, thick zippers, one in the back and up the front. Inside pockets, random clasps (idk what for) and a Velcro square that has an American flag (black and white)
