Winter Onederland 1st Birthday Decoration Set This SNOW much fun to be ONE set includes: high chair tutu skirt banner, 36” word banner, 1 candle, and glitter snowflake set. This set is so cute! It has been used once but is in like-new condition. The snowflake high chair tutu skirt has 12” strips of tulle, ribbon cuts and white snowflake strips. The color combination is white, silver, light blue and white snowflake ribbon. The 36” word banner is made from 4x4” black chipboard with white and light blue card stock letters permanently attached. It is accented with little snowflakes and hangs from a light blue ribbon. The candle is 2 ½” high and ¼” thick. It is glittery with a small snowflake accent. The candle has been lit once and a bit of the wick is burned, but the flame did not touch or change the candle itself. The glitter set of 24 snowflakes are made of plastic but are durable and pretty. They are 4” in diameter. They can be used for decorations or hung with a ribbon, etc. Comes from a clean, smoke-free, pet-free home.
