is this still available? if so... is this just the shell? how warm is this coat? like would you say its a medium or heavy weight coat?

Is this a more lightweight jacket or one more suited for snow? Does it rustle or is it noisy when you move? Could I please get the pit to pit measurement as well as the length from the back neck to the bottom of the hem and the length of the sleeve from the shoulder to the bottom of the cuff? Thanks.
