Windsor Black Layered  Formal Whimsigoth RedCarpet

Incredible formal with so many beautiful details: glittery bodice, built in bra, open back with two buttons at neck. Skirt has a solid black lining. Layers of sheer black over skirt are trimmed with a wide ribbon that has stiffener that makes the skirt stand out. Size 3 ( please see measurements) showing on my size 4 mannequin measures 32-36 at chest, 26 at waist, 46 at hips, 56 long from shoulder to hem. So very elegant and unusual, you'll feel like you're red carpet ready.
