Windsor Rowina navy lace formal dress with cowl neck and thigh high slit. Flattering mermaid fit, fabric is slightly stretchy for a comfortable fit. Adjustable straps. Very good condition. A tiny bit of lace snags on the hem. Tagged a large but fit my mannequin well so seems to fit more like a medium.
