Windsor formal dress

This dress was worn for my sisters prom and is super stretchy and flattering! It’s supposed to fit bodycon and has a low v neck and leg slit but is still decently modest with the back and coverage around the shoulders. The blue is bright and such a pretty color, definitely will make you look tan or just compliments all skin tones in general!! Only been worn once or twice and is great condition! I would say fits a 6/8
