Windsor brand cuffed shorts

Super cute Windsor brand Jean shorts, size large! Cuffed and slightly frayed at the bottom for style. Size would probably equate to 7/8 or 27/28 as the measurements show it’s 15” in the waist. Very comfortable, never worn just tried on and they didn’t fit me. New with tags! Please feel free to ask any questions! Reasonable offers are always welcomed.
