Condition: Refurbished, was in excellent condition before the refurbishing too. It simply had a loose rhinestone, which has been glued back into place as seamlessly as possible. Bet you can't even see which one was glued back on! No other flaws were seen upon my inspection. Size on tag: Small Measurements: Across bust: between 13 and 14 inches, unstretched.
